Short drunk scene from an unknown British film of the 30's or early 40's. 
A no-nonsense shopkeeper is tricked in getting drunk.
If anyone has any information about it, I'd love to know more!
Update: The film has been identified as "Root of All Evil" (1947), with Phyllis Calvert, John McCallum and Hazel Court.
